Comprehensive Coaching for Couples and Families

The word Coaching defines the process by which questions are asked that train the person so that he / she discerns better about the matters that he / she wishes to achieve or improve. The questions can be oriented to make the awareness (humanistic accompaniment), or to improve the action in the achievement of results (pragmatic), towards a new look from the (oncological) or by adding all the previous ones (integral).

Coaching is a method and a service that can be given both in a group and individually. Is an art, a powerful tool that is developed through a conversational, dynamic and confidential process between a coach (facilitator) and a coachee (client, collaborator) to achieve personal success. This process helps people to think about their situation or conflict that they want to overcome.

The group or individual program uses interactive classes where the facilitator imparts themes and concepts to improve their quality of life. These themes make reflect the participants' awareness and responsibilities in solving their own problems that may be affecting their life, family and work.

The "Coaching" methodology also has been understood as a training of awareness and actions. The tools and dynamics used can serve the participant to find their personal solutions where they can use different techniques in raising a child and to achieve a couple better lifestyle.

The relationship between professional counselors and life coaches is sometimes parallel. The coach or trainer does not provide psychotherapy or counseling. Counselors spend some time examining the past, looking for solutions to emotional concerns and seeking a diagnosis. Coach works on the now, and is focused on the present and the future. The coach has a unique objective position to help evaluate, define goals, formulating a plan, accountability for progress, provides structure and encouragement, and support to improve people full life potential.
