Mission Statement
The American Family Community Services was established as a non-profit organization and presently is a New York State register Charity organization since 2005.
AFCS mission is to provide an Educational service, and to offer a Social Services Counseling with the mission to increase the functioning and self-sufficient of the individuals, families, youth, and adult’s population from diverse cultural background to the residents of the New York City, and the New York State area.
Our agency successfully has achieved helping thousands of people throughout our 13 years of community educational services. These programs help thousands of individuals, and families each year and make a profound change in the lives of the communities of which they lived. Over the past years the AFCS has been recognized for their community programs that have benefited thousands of NYC residents, including Nassau and Suffolk counties.
